Brazilian Language Acess and closest server to SA

The title says everything. I don't know how to change language to portuguese, nor to acess a server coser to my region.

The servers are both NA, so.. you cant do much about it. And for the language, you can select it on the launcher, on the configuration or options menu.. something like that.
