Gunslinger is not reloading

Since last maintenance today, my level 50 gunslinger is not reloading her weapon anymore so i cant do anything plz fix it. Ty

After 2 hours the bug is still happening, not in all places, but for example in snow forest monastery or talus dungeon the reload bar goes blue after pressing the left mouse button but instantly goes empty again, no matter if i relog the game or change char or whatever. Plz fix it

Are you on Act 4? Have you completed Chapter 22? 

 

If this is what I think, then you need to complete chapter 22 then you'll be able to reload.

I'm having the same issue. How am i suppose to quick run or kill anything. it lets me reload, but instantly later the ammo goes back to zero. I am on Chapter 22, and was able to muddle through chapter 21. Am i not supposed to be able to fight anything? If this IS supposed to happen, at least make it obvious...and completely take away my UI or something...
