Warlock combat bug

These characters have been out for a like a year and a half or something?  I can't handle this crap right now.  How come this isnt fixed yet?  Sometimes summoners, but always warlocks.  And specific warlocks are worse than others.  Please, fix it, or please share with me a way to prevent it from happening.  Its absurd that such a game breaking glitch still exists.
