Akane Wasabi Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 On Wednesday afternoon (9/20/17) a few hours before the unexpected maintenance, I bought NCoins from the HM store and they still haven't shown up. It's been 48 hours. I get that it can take up to 24 hours but now I'm worried my transaction is lost in a black hole somewhere. I sent in two tickets, with no response, yet my credit card has been promptly charged for the purchase. Maybe it was just bad timing with the system about to shut down (which I didn't realize was going to happen).
