NCoins not appearing after purchase

On Wednesday afternoon (9/20/17) a few hours before the unexpected maintenance, I bought NCoins from the HM store and they still haven't shown up. It's been 48 hours. I get that it can take up to 24 hours but now I'm worried my transaction is lost in a black hole somewhere. I sent in two tickets, with no response, yet my credit card has been promptly charged for the purchase. Maybe it was just bad timing with the system about to shut down (which I didn't realize was going to happen). Is anybody else having this problem, and can someone from support help me or at least respond to my tickets? :/
