ITEMS DISSAPEARING!!!!

Good evening,

for the trove I bought with my Hm coins the treasure trove expansion (x6) which is 955, the jyansei jackpot and the memory bell that are free with Ncoins, and everything dissapeared from my received items!!! 

Even the gunslinger expansion pack dissapeard afterwards!!! I dont know what to do anymore, I tried to log in and out many times witouth any results!!

 

Please fix the issue.
