Desolate Tomb Second Boss Loot Issue

The second boss of the dungeon Desolate Tomb seems to be having a loot table issue as it is not dropping its earring anymore (Sealed Iron Juggernaut Earring). From my testing in normal mode, where the earrings is supposed to drop this is not the case anymore.

 

If this is a known issue please duplicate or related to an existing bug tracking issue.
