Just installed the game, won't launch?

Hello!

 

I am having some issues after my install. I waited for the installation to complete 100% before launching, and after clicking the "Play" button, nothing happens. The anti-hack thing pops up on the bottom right, then once it goes away nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, and clicking file repair, all with no results. Can anyone help me out?

I actually get that problem before. Have you tried at least restarting your computer first? It usually works after I do that when I'm done installing or re-installing the game.
