Debug message when trying to launch

Ive seen posts on the BnS section of reddit a year ago about the "a debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program" I can't open my game. Ive deleted an anti virus protection from my pc that might be blocking it and Ive added the game to my exception list on Avast anti virus software both still haven't worked. Can someone please help me?  I'm using windows 7 (missed the Timezone where windows 10 was free)
