Server Lag Issues

For about two days now, many of my friends and clansmen have been suffering from server lag from our home server and during cross server (f8). There has been a few times when my entire party completely disconnected during dungeons (i.e. the final fight of Desolate Tomb, relog, rejoin with party full of offline members). And it looks like the lag seems to had gotten worst. I have disconnected from my weekly DKV twice in a row and had to use some of my resets. 

 

Judging from other forum posts, it does not look like I am the only victim. I am not sure if the management/ technical team is aware of this but I believe it would be a great idea to fix this issue ASAP, perhaps with an emergency maintenance.
