Heavy Input Lag

I started playing Blade and Soul today, the first thing the struck me odd was the fact that the game started in xigncode? It usually does that when I have MSI Afterburner on which I never turn on before playing. Then I started playing normally until I went into Mushin's Tower into the training room where everything started having heavy input lag. I could access the menu and the exit buttons easily, but whenever I wanted to talk or fight someone, my character would wait like 10 seconds before doing the action. I logged off and restarted my computer. I opened the game to do Mushins tower, and when I got to the 8th floor, my game started doing it again. I logged off and restarted the game, where I tried again and the same thing happened. Later, I decided I wanted to make a new character, and once I had to go to the highlighted grounds after waking one of the npc's up, my game started experiencing lag again! Does anyone know what is happening or know a way to check what is wrong?

It is a common issue, they never fixed it. No idea why. Happens often in Mushin Tower, Tower of Infinity, Arena.
