Good morning, I would like to report a bug related to Blade Master class, lightining build, in Skill Lightining Draw where in the proper skill, says: Lightning Draw now grants the Fulmination effect for 3 seconds without unlocking the Hongmoon Secret Technique. Even with this being said, the effect is not working!
Here is the attachment of the skill being used and the buff not being designed!
