Problem with Mystic Badge of KFM

i bought Enigma Mystic Badge for my kungfu master Veeka .. i should have 250% more power on hellfire kick after smite .. i tried every combo never get any more power after smite with hellfire kick .. i tried log off and log in.. i tried take badge off and on .. hellfire kick do same damage on all conditions 10k non crit hit .. 27~30k on crit hit .. so it do same damage even after smite .. i don't what to do .. and it works with my KFM friends .. it do 30k normal damage and 65k more power at my friends .. why not working with me
