Problem with Act 2 Chapter 26 Altar of Champions

Hi, I don't know if you guys have this problem, but when I go into Altar of Champions, I talk to Juwol, and I have to escort her to find the Sky villagers. First mob she sees is Dark Shaman, so we try to kill it, only it does not die; Its HP goes to 1 and doesn't ever go to 0, so the mob doesn't die. Juwol's locked in combat, and the Dark Shaman never dies no matter how many times I restart the dungeon or restart the game. Please help me!
