Launcher consuming far more internet(in task manager) than shown in the laucnher itself.

Basicaly.
So it started ok like near 8(show in launcher) but fell to 3-4 but still it eats more than 70-80 megabits = 10 megabytes. 
Also measured by the router too.

What about upload? AFAIK, NCLauncher acts as a bittorrent client, sending and receiving patch files.
