Ping Reducer gives BAN?

Hi, I'm new to the game, but I've always had a problem related to ping, my ping ranges from 200-250ms, I live in south america so it's complicated, make use of ping reducers for example WTFast, Pingzapper, among others, this Does BAN cause?
