Elemental Accessories VS Pinnicale one

so first of all that topic was created for asking about elemental necklace and is it worth or better than pinnacle or not ? but then are any elemental accessories worth it or not does the elemental dmg cover the lose in crit and crit dmg ?! and if worth is it for all classes or no ?! specifically warlock, BM, FM and sins ?! or do i just work with pinnacle ones and others not worth it till legendary ?
