Error E02018 / D3D9

I reformatted my computer twice this week

First time I genuinely just wanted to reformat because my computer was slow and ugly

But when I tried to play Blade and Soul it just 

ERROR E02018

I've been retrying and it worked ONCE

And that time when I tried to launch it said "Failed to create a D3D9 device!" or something like that

This is really frustrating

-I've read the page about the E02018 etc. errors already and I don't even know how to do the ethernet thing so

It's happening in Aion aswell, look's like NCtroll broke some files in the last update they did to Aion (and somehow B&S got involved)

You can just try to update the game... trying, and trying and trying, or try to look for the specific file that is causing the error, usually it's from $patch$ 

Or just wait for the maintance and hope for the best

 

PD: Aion's support said that the error was fixed, but now we're having installation issues ¬¬

i got through the E02018 error but i keep getting the d3d9 device error still :")
