this page still allows me to buy the founders pack now? Will buying it cause any troubles or is it still possible?

That page could be called an antique artifact.  ^_^

 

No it was not possible to buy founder packs any more the moment the game launched completely over one year ago.

 

More or less everything in there can be gotten by different means now except for the costumes of the master pack, but they were always meant to be exclusive, sorry. :(
