Doesn't Wheel of Fate give outfits anymore? Deva Rainment for exemple

Its all about RNG, maybe  you will get one after 50-100 runs :/

I know but, when I try the outfit with F3, in the description it can't read that you can get it from wheel of fate anymore, that's why I'm confused, after all It never took me so many runs before I get it :S it's weird.

Very weird, maybe your correct and they removed it completely? But this would be very sh** :/
