Help Request for Character Preset

Hey! I'm looking for someone to help me make a preset of Noire from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. I tried to make it myself but I just couldn't figure out the proper proportions and it always ends up looking derpy. I would really appreciate any help I can get, thanks!
