I have 1 question. What kit do you recommend? What is currently the best?

PvE: Ebondrake Citadel 5 + Oblivion 3 OR Ebondrake Citadel 5 + legendary 3 or legendary 8 (depending on how useful the skill boosts from legendary are for you)

 

PvP: Elder (PvP legendary) 5 + 3 challenger OR Elder (PvP legendary) 5 + PvE legendary 3 (again depending on how useful the skill boosts are for you)
