Game problem

Well, mi problem is... I can play well without lagg or fps problems but when i`m loading any map screen mi game simply say "not response", show a withe screen with  B&S logo and close itself. Anyone knows how to fix it? i cant play with mi game closeing itself every 5 minutes.
