How do I reset my PIN?

I haven't played for months and i can't remember my PIN, when i gon on my account's settings to change the PIN it asks me the previous PIN but i don't remember it.

Is there another way to change my PIN which doesn't require the previous one?

Send a Mail to the support ( support@bladeandsoul.com), ask them to reset your pin, give them all things which they ask: examples= name, country, especially the BIRTH DATE, with which you created this account!!! <--- without knowing this there is no chance to reset your pin...
