Returning player - huge fps drop compared to few months ago

Hi guys, i had a few months brake from the game and I'd like to start playing again but something is wrong, because last time i played I was having steady 25-30 fps, and now on lowest settings with ctrl+f i have 10.. I'm playing on the same notebook, no hardware changes. Do you have any ideas what can I do?
