Zone Change/ Loading Screen DC's

Hello all , 

 

I know this is an old topic , but seems like its worldwide server problem , im gettin disconnected everytime i change zone, or when on a loding screen.

 

I dont know if there are some fix for this issue arround here, but i think its a bit strange for me  cuz i played before on korean and russian server and never ever had this problem before, if someone can give me a hand on this i really appreciate the help ! Btw im from Portugal and my ISP is from Vodafone ! Any helpfull hints ???Or should i just gave up on this game ??
