Problem with keyboard

Hi everyone

 

When I'm trying to create a character my keyboard seems unresponsive and it happens only in Blade and Soul. I can't write anything in the character creation box and what is more in the game settings the "key bindings" page is unavailable for me to enter. I had the same problem while playing on the beta version about a year ago. I am using Windows XP SP3 32 bit and my keyboard is just random low-shelf device (but works well in everything beside B&S). Can somebody help me with my issue?

Problem solved by installing language pack for windows xp //EOT
