Hey, I haven't been playing for some time and got this email saying that I need to redeem a code in my account management page.. I can't find the code anywhere! Can someone point me to the right direction so I can get this thing redeemed?

And the code should be available through the whole of November..

On the main site on the top right of the page just go to my account > apply a code then select blade & soul from the games list and you should have all your redeemable codes there waiting for you.

 

Activate whichever you wish and whatever benefits you'd get from them should be active and the respective items would go in your account mailbox to be redeemed on whichever characters you grab them with.
