Forum Profile Bug.

Hey, so I did some checking & cross-referencing, and it would still seem that the editing your profile is still impossible. I have seen several posts, (though they are pretty outdated) of forum admins helping users edit their profile. Is this still a thing? Any info would be much appreciated!
