You can farm the faction insignia near yehara mirage to exchange for one. I cant really remember but I think it goes past the elbow at least. A bit similar to golden deva but its some swirly thing extending up the elbow, not a plate like golden deva.

 

The lycan outpost (cant really remember the name) one also goes past the elbow. It looks more like a huge shield (thick plate covering the lower arm) than a gauntlet though. I personally love that one when I want a huge weapon equipped.
