Mushin's Tower 4F bug, unable to talk to vendor to get life essence, unable to proceed, tower breaking

As title says, this is what happens when I attempt to talk to Chungsil, cleared to him twice now, unable to complete daily/progress past this floor without buying the floor ticket. Please fix.
