Refund?

So I bought NCoin for the first time today (8000 to be exact) and as the "Processing Your Request" thingy was taking forever and I noticed the scripts weren't running so I authorized them but I got an error. So I went in-game and bought the NCoin again. Later I  noticed I had been charged 2 times and I submitted a ticket asking for a refund on one of the purchases.

Will I get a full refund, and, does it take a lot of time? Should I stay away from the NCoin if it reaches me before the refund? Any further help is appreciated.

In such case just contact support, explane your problem. I think they can cancel one of transaction, but it depend lot of support guy or girl. Such thing happen to me too few months ago, but i decided to keep the ncoins for future content, so I was fine. Just be careful next time you buy it and make screenshots to proove it.

Thanks for the reply! As I haven't received the NCoin I hope they can refund it. I'll keep that in mind!
