PLEASE HELP ASAP

OK I've read every report about the Jiwans peak chapter 30 error and tried a bunch of fixes and none worked i even tried with the low end pc fix thing in the settings and it loaded just a bit more then crashed and i still cant get it once again

having to defeat everyone is such a pain in the ass 

i bought this computer with the exact requirements to run the game successfully (its new obviously ,,,)

someone jst please help i cant take it ive tried 10+ times
