cross-server crash

Okay, i am currently trying to run TOE via cross-serer and lo and behold there are people there who are rude and tell me to go screw myself!

 

So i exit to return to just outside TOE in the cinderlands when half-way through the load, everything crashes and prompts me to send a BnS error report!

 

this is every time I go cross-server the game crashes! Why even have a cross-server option if it just crashes the game?
