Disconnected from server/Maintenace in progress -Error (207)(6)

So , I sometimes have this problem , when the game gets very laggy (abilities are delayed) and then I get disconnected , after i try to start up the game again it says Maintenance in Progress or Error (207) (6)

Anyone having this problem too? :/ Its really annoying x(
