Quest Stuck Act 7 Chapter 1 : Early Signs

I've put in a ticket and sent screenshots to the help desk and they say they can't help but will forward to the devs.

 

I'm supposed to "Read the letter from Do Danha" but there is no letter in my inventory and no letter icon to read in the quest log on the left hand side of the screen.  Also, I cannot track this in the Quest Journal 'J' and there is no icon on the minimap.

 

Anyone else heard of this issue?

Oh seriously?  I find that funny that NCSoft support didn't tell me that when I opened my ticket...

Yes I've had this same problem, they just responded to my ticket and said that I've already finished the quest... yeah right then why is it still listed as a quest to do on the right hand side of the screen? I haven't even collected the reward from it yet, though it does have a star next to it so I guess that means I have finished it, but then it wouldn't still be there, right? Because I'm pretty sure I still don't see all the quests I've ever finished listed there, if they're gonna use that logic. Makes no sense to me. I'm about to message them back
