Getting the Error E02018

Just got a new computer, downloading BnS, stumbling upon this problem, where the download bar NEVER goes further than 40%. Everytime this error occurs, certainly the total download required reduces. But, so does my "download" speed. For example, the start download file is 6.1Gb, I will have a download speed og 2,2mb. But after clicking through the error a zillion times, 180mb is left to be downloaded. My download speed is at 40kb for example. Etc etc, error repeats. 

 

Iv'e tried the following:

 

Youtube guide: Adding some numbers in local network. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. 

Attempting the host editing, to run BnS.

Deleted it all, redownloaded the NCwest map, which contains the nclauncher. Thereafter downloaded the whole game itself on the website. Still no fix.

same here ive been trying for like 3 days to fix it

I used a VPN to get past stage 1 of the download. But now i've been stuck on stage 2 for like 3-4 days and a VPN doesnt work. I think Support has given up on me as now they can't offer a fix ;__;
