Suggestion: Make weapon skin chests to be account-bounded, with or without stamps

I do 6v6 with my full-geared Summoner. But I want the weapon skin from 6v6 event for my BD who are in maid outfit, and has only 400AP, subpar soulshields, and no HM skills.

 

The box is bound, so no way to give her.

 

Thus, my dream of having a maid with cleaning tool is broken :(
