(FM) Ice orbit tooltip

The Problem: Frost orbit's tooltip while having one or two frost orbits: "Recovers 1 (or 2) Focus when hit), it only shows the chill-effect while having three orbits (Inflichts 1 chill on enemy when hit. Recovers 3 Focus when hit) even though the chill gets also inflicted on the enemy when having 1/2 stack(s)
