Cannot farm Crimson Legion insignias

Every channel me and my party go to to farm insignias, there are always a button of Crims just standing on the middle platform between the faction camps as well as in our own faction camp. It is 100% impossible to farm insignias for the outfit. We could possibly grind it one set of those bosses a day but nothing more than that... and it's annoying. So I want to know, what can we do besides slowly grind it out, a day at a time?
