Starfall Crater or Windrest?

Heyo!

 

Just want some help deciding where to level my first char to 50 between the two servers =)

Oh and I'l also be looking for a Cerulean clan, if you can recommend any.

Reason is  that starfall is crimson,ebon hall is crimson ;P
