Cannot store dragon master within wardrobe

So the known issues thread says

The following costumes cannot be stored within the Wardrobe currently:

• Black Ice
• Perpetual Snow
• Lamentation
• Regal Diplomat
  • Will also be eligible for the Outfit Delivery Stamp system.
• (NEW 6/16) Summer Beach
  • Will also be eligible for the Outfit Delivery Stamp system.
• (NEW 6/16) Tropical Night
  • Will also be eligible for the Outfit Delivery Stamp system.

But I also can't store my dragon master costume within the wardrobe. Please fix.
