Graphic Bug: Invisible spells

Since yesterday/today I got a graphical bug:

All spells and effects of the other players are invisible.

For example: Destroyer uses red spin? I only see him spinning around with his axe (without red flames). 

Or if a FM casts something on me in arena, I don't see the projectiles or anything - I just keep taking damage. This makes game unplayable in PvP.

 

I tried to repair client - 0 effect.

I tried to completely delete the game and install it again - 0 effect.

 

Any solutions? Would be thankful.

I have had the same issue for a while now, I thought my graphics were just turned down but even turning them on I never see the opposite players attacks. Even the FM 'tail' on the bangle never shows up anymore either.
