Auction house bug

Last night i lost 670 gold on the auction house... 

I purchased an Asura's Ember but dident receive anything in my mail..
first i thought it would just be me or something so i try'd relogging but that dident work.. i then purchased somehing for 1 silver to see if i receive it..
also that never appeared in my mail. And Apperantly i wasn't the only one i seen alot of people complaining about it in /faction chat..
Then i thought it is probably just laggy and i will have my Ember in the morning.. 

Just logged in.. no ember or weapon (1 silver purchase) and tested the auction house again.. it now worked..

But still are you going to do something about this? i can provide the screenshots about the gold spend but nothing received and the people in the /faction chat

same problem also to me happent yesterday and waiting for answer from the NCSOFT on my ticket i lost 69g on marketplace and not email back to receive the items.. send a ticket m8
