Login Bug

I write my email and password in launcher login, i click on log in and the launcher just get bugged, i cant do nothing, its not charging just doesnt respond, i have to use the ctr+alt+delete to close the launcher, i can wait 1 hour and nothing, what i have to do? my firewall is off, i add the launcher to exception in firewall and nothing, i played only 1 time and after that i never got in again, launcher freeze.
