My chats beside my "all chat" are not working

As the title said, my chats are not working expect the all chat and the whisper chat. That happened about 1 month ago. And I don't know the reason why it stop working. I have repaired my files, I have reinstalled the game, but those did not work. I hope you guys help me fix this problem.
