PvP Arena Map Glitch

I've had many map glitches in PvP arena where my map will not load, i will either be stuck in the que screen or under the map

I could hear my character running/ jumping around and i was stuck for a good 10 secs  before quitting my game to hopefully avoid an easy win for the opponent
