Lvl 20 Summoner build?

Every single build i see is lvl 30 or up, and i want to solo dungeons but my build and rotation is complete quesswork.

You shouldn't worry too much on your build at level 20. I'm no summoner expert, but you should use sunflower (RMB skill) around that level. Helps a lot when clearing mobs.
