Destroyer grabbed enemy taking dmg from a third side

So sometimes when I grab enemies/grabbed myself I see that the grabbed enemy might sometimes take dmg from their own team mates(tag/owPVP)

I'm very interested in this, is this a bug because theres nothing in the martial tome explaining this.
