Can open but can't play. Please help

I just can't play. I can open the game, see my characters, but that's all. When I press to start the game it goes to the loading screen and freezes. I hardly can play (yes, I can) but I have to be lucky. I open the game in window mode and before it shows the loading screen I open the task manager in full screen, because if I see the loading screen of BnS it stops loading and freezes (I don't know why). Even if I can play, that "trick" rarely works

What can I do? ; ;
