Warlock: Thrall disappearing

I noticed this morning that if I travel a certain distance my Thrall disappears leaving me unable to drag him to the next mob group and stuck with the long cooldown to summon him. This effectively makes Onrush useless for open-world questing/grinding. Warlocks already have enough bugs and this seems to have just appeared since the last maintenance.
